Fan Coil Unit (FCU)
The aircon fan coil unit (FCU). This is a standalone aircon system that is responsible for circulating the present air in a small space, but is also sometimes a part of a complete ACMV system. The FCU is also used in a variety of configurations, the usual ones being arranged and used in floor-mounted and ceiling configuration types.

Split Unit
A split air conditioner consists of an outdoor unit and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit is installed on or near the exterior wall of the room that you wish to cool. This unit houses the compressor, condenser coil and the expansion coil or capillary tubing. The sleek-looking indoor unit contains the cooling coil, a long blower and an air filter.

UVC Photocatalyst SterilAIR
Central air sterilisation and purification is performed by adding various air purifiers to existing or newly built ACMV systems, e.g., return air grille, air handling unit (AHU/FCU), air ducting, etc. Modern technology of UV light, high voltage electrostatic, air filtration is utilized in air purifiers separately or combined, for effectively killing virus/bacteria and removing pollutants contained in air. This kind of physical air sterilisation and purification consumes electricity only during operation. UVC Photocatalyst SterilAIR can be easily mounted on the existing ducting, AHU, or plenum boxes, effectively killing viruses, bacteria, mold and other living airborne pathogens in air as it recirculated through the ventilation system.

Medi-SpectrUV

It is a multi-application air purifier and can be used to improve the air quality of the Recirculation air by removing PM2.5, bacteria, and virus carried by building occupants entering the room.
