Service Technician
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting HVAC issues, scheduling maintenance or repair activities, and ensuring
HVAC systems work properly. - Installation, upkeep, and equipment maintenance for ventilation and air conditioning
systems. - Identifying mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions in CMMS system.
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements.
- Maintain monthly maintenance records, ad hoc repair logs, checklists, and/or supporting documentation, and file them.
- Ensuring adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act and appliance standards.
- Assisting with customers’ queries.
REQUIREMENTS
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in HVAC or any related field.
- Experience in maintenance works at commercial buildings including plumbing, HVAC.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Understanding of complex heating, cooling, and air-conditioning concepts.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
